What to do if something arrives broken or damaged:

If your order arrives broken or damagedย please send pictures to CustomerService@GreatGiftables.com. We require pictures of the item AND the packaging in order to process your return or exchange (these items are needed so we can submit an insurance claim to our shipping carrier).ย ย 

Cancellation Policy:

We do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, which means we start production on them as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel your order, please do so withinย 12 hours of purchase. Afterย 12 hours, your order is already in production and unable to be canceled.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

For returns and exchanges, contact us as soon as possibleย and ship items back withinย 30 days of delivery.ย ย Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, theย customer is responsible for any loss in value. We will not accept returns on washed, worn, or altered items.ย 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders. pre-orders, digital downloads, intimate items (including boxer briefs), jewelry (for health/hygiene reasons), holiday items, or items on sale.ย

Declinedย Transactions

When an order is attempted, a temporary authorization may be placed on your card. This occurs whenย the payment processor is testing to confirm that your credit card account is active and has credit available to accommodate the order. This will show up as "pending" on your account but will not clear until the order has been accepted. If your orderย is declined, this temporary transaction will be removedย in 3-5 business days.ย
