What to do if something arrives broken or damaged:

If your order arrives broken or damaged please send pictures to CustomerService@GreatGiftables.com. We require pictures of the item AND the packaging in order to process your return or exchange (these items are needed so we can submit an insurance claim to our shipping carrier).  

Cancellation Policy:

We do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, which means we start production on them as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order is already in production and unable to be canceled.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

For returns and exchanges, contact us as soon as possible and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. We will not accept returns on washed, worn, or altered items. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders. pre-orders, digital downloads, intimate items (including boxer briefs), jewelry (for health/hygiene reasons), holiday items, or items on sale.

Colors may vary based on screen settings and lighting conditions. We use several different printers and manufacturing companies to print and make our items. Some products may ship separately.

Declined Transactions

When an order is attempted, a temporary authorization may be placed on your card. This occurs when the payment processor is testing to confirm that your credit card account is active and has credit available to accommodate the order. This will show up as "pending" on your account but will not clear until the order has been accepted. If your order is declined, this temporary transaction will be removed in 3-5 business days.
